1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Wyvid (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you're using Wyvid on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
2. The Service
Wyvid generates Bootstrap 5 HTML sitebuilds, and optionally WordPress themes, from design inputs you provide (uploaded screenshots, Figma frames, Canva designs, or similar). The Service includes a hosted preview, a downloadable zip of the result, and a chat interface for iterating on the output.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Notify us at hello@wyvid.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Wyvid. Accounts that misrepresent age or identity may be terminated.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload designs, content, or assets you don't have the right to use.
- Generate sites intended to deceive (phishing, fake brands, misrepresentation), to harass, or to violate any applicable law.
- Attempt to bypass quota limits, abuse the chat iteration loop to generate content unrelated to your sitebuild, or otherwise misuse the Service.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying generation pipeline.
5. Ownership of generated output
You own the output. Any sitebuild or WordPress theme produced from your designs through Wyvid belongs to you. You can ship it to clients, modify it, sell it, license it, or open source it without further obligation to Wyvid.
Wyvid retains only the limited license to your inputs needed to operate the Service: storing your uploads, running them through our queue, and producing the output you requested. We don't claim ownership of your designs, your brand assets, or your finished sites.
6. Subscriptions and payment
Wyvid is offered as a monthly subscription. Plans are described on the pricing page. Charges are billed in advance for the upcoming month and are non-refundable except as described in section 7.
Site quotas reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over. You can upgrade at any time and the new quota applies immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
7. Refunds
If something goes wrong with your first sitebuild and the Service is unable to deliver, contact us within seven days of the charge and we'll refund that month in full.
8. Cancellation and termination
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; you keep access until then.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Where the violation isn't urgent, we'll give you a chance to fix it before suspension.
9. Third-party services
Wyvid relies on third-party infrastructure including Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, database, storage) and Anthropic's Claude (the model underlying our generation pipeline). Your use of Wyvid is also subject to those providers' terms where applicable. Wyvid is not affiliated with Bootstrap, Figma, Canva, or WordPress beyond producing output compatible with those ecosystems.
10. Warranty disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Generated output is intended as a starting point — Wyvid does not warrant that any sitebuild will be free of bugs, fully accessible, ready to deploy without human review, or fit for a specific purpose.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wyvid's aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect, except where a faster change is required by law or for security reasons.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Wyvid is established. Specific governing law and venue will be added before public launch.
